       ALWAYS NOTE: 1. Please ensure you have booked the services you require. The appointment schedule does not allow changes when you present your pet for grooming.
2. Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. Pets are scheduled to safely accomodate as many services as possible during the working day so you don't have to wait an excessive amount of time for grooming services.
3. If you are early for your pet's pick-up time and your pet is still being groomed, please remain outside. A wiggly, excited pet is a difficult one to groom and may get hurt in the process of trying to finish.

   PLEASE ALLOW A THREE HOUR WINDOW FOR YOUR GROOMER TO COMPLETE YOUR PET'S FULL SERVICE APPOINTMENTS. TO CONCUR WITH N.C. STATE LAW, A CURRENT RABIES VACCINATION IS REQUIRED FOR GROOMING SERVICES
